Metal Sales & Service Inc., product manufacturer and specialty contractor of architectural metal cladding and ornamental metals, has officially changed its name to Metalwërks. The name change is a key part of an evolving brand strategy that includes a revised website, logo and tagline, and serves to elevate the company’s unique capabilities while targeting core clientele.

“Those in the industry have always known us as Metalwërks,” explains Steve Scharr, director of business development for the company. “The brand name has been around since the 1980’s and it felt fitting to officially adopt it as we move into this next phase of our marketing strategy.”

Step one of the marketing strategy launched earlier this month with a new website and logo. Part of a revitalized commitment to digital media, the website serves as a platform to showcase the overall strategic concept of driving impact through more aspirational and visual photography. More importantly, the site serves as a resource to promote products and projects more effectively through its new classification of product categories and information. Users can obtain product data sheets, specifications, PDF and CAD details and even search for projects nearest them.

The new Metalwërks tagline “Your Passion. Our Precision.” was developed to emphasize the brand’s focus on bringing client design needs to life through a systematic approach, attention to detail, and quality control programs. Together with the name change, website, and logo it allows Metalwërks to look to the future while honoring the past.

Family-owned and operated, the breadth of Metalwërks' product line represents four-decades of lessons learned in the design, production and installation of high quality architectural metal products.
