“The Power Portfolio empowers our users to harness the continuous flow of data and solve the world’s problems,” said Mladen Stojic, President of Hexagon Geospatial.

Hexagon Geospatial announces the official release of Power Portfolio 2015, spanning its entire collection of products. Customers can now download new versions of their software.

“The Power Portfolio empowers our users to harness the continuous flow of data and solve the world’s problems,” said Mladen Stojic, President of Hexagon Geospatial. “Users can now easily produce, provide, and deliver geospatial content, with the right information to make confident, informed decisions.”

The Power Portfolio organizes Hexagon Geospatial’s products into suites, combining the best photogrammetry, remote sensing, GIS and cartography technologies available. The Producer, Provider and Platform suites contain the globally-recognized products relied on by successful organizations worldwide.

The Producer Suite empowers you to collect, process, analyze and understand raw geospatial data using ERDAS IMAGINE, GeoMedia, and ImageStation. The Producer Suite 2015 makes it easy to put data into usable formats, create point clouds from satellite imagery, extract pertinent information from rich data, and present findings in clear, concise business graphics.

The Provider Suite enables you to easily store, catalog and distribute all geospatial and business data using ERDAS APOLLO and ECW products. The Provider Suite compresses, catalogs, and efficiently delivers data to critical stakeholders. The 2015 release includes new technology to significantly compress point cloud data and stream it into geospatial applications.

The Platform Suite extends geospatial functionality into any business workflow with a sophisticated set of developer-focused technologies that includes GeoMedia Smart Client, GeoMedia WebMap, Geospatial Portal, Geospatial SDI, Mobile Alert, and Mobile MapWorks. These tools put the power of geospatial technology to work across industries on desktops, laptops, or mobile devices. The 2015 release includes powerful browser workflows, offline mobile applications, and an enhanced 3D experience for quick measurement and investigation.

Globally, a wide variety of organizations rely on Hexagon Geospatial daily, including local, state and national mapping agencies, transportation departments, defense organizations, engineering and utility companies and businesses serving agriculture and natural resource needs. The Power Portfolio provides a new, simplified approach for these organizations to understand change, harnessing the right information to solve problems.
