Dr. Carlos David is the Director of Cerebrovascular and Skull Base Surgery at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts. His special expertise lies in acoustic neuroma, brain aneurysm surgery, brain tumors, cerebrovascular surgery and pituitary tumors.

Dr. Aman Patel is an expert in the vasculature of the brain and spine, within the Department of Endovascular and Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. His special expertise lies in aneurysm-cerebral, arteriovenous malformations, endovascular neurosurgery and interventional neuroradiology.

The Brain Aneurysm Foundation’s Medical Advisory Board is composed of neurologists, neurosurgeons, and interventional neuroradiologists from around the United States and Canada working at some of the most prestigious medical facilities. These doctors provide continued expertise and support to the Foundation in a variety of ways.

Now celebrating 20 years of service, the Brain Aneurysm Foundation was established in 1994 in Boston, Massachusetts with a mission to promote early detection of brain aneurysms by providing knowledge and raising awareness of the signs, symptoms and risk factors; work with the medical communities to provide support networks for patients and families; as well as to further research that will improve patient outcomes and save lives.
