Turner Construction Company is pleased to announce that Glassdoor has recognized the company with an Employees’ Choice Award, naming the company among their 50 Best Places to Work in 2015.

Among many prominent companies recognized on the list, Turner is the only company in the architecture, engineering and construction industry.

The Employees’ Choice Awards program relies solely on the input of employees, who provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via an anonymous survey that asks both quantitative and qualitative questions designed to capture an authentic inside look at individual jobs and organizations.

The Glassdoor company review survey asks employees to rate their satisfaction with the company overall, and key workplace factors like career opportunities, compensation, benefits, work/life balance, senior management, as well as culture and values. In addition, employees are asked to describe the best reasons to work at their companies as well as any downsides.

To be considered for the large category, a company must have at least 1,000 or more employees and have received at least 50 company reviews from U.S.-based employees during the window of eligibility.
