iLab Solutions Announces Two New Leadership Positions to Meet the Needs of Its Growing Customer Base

iLab Solutions, the global leader in core facility management software, announced the appointment of Siri Bryant as the new Director of Institutional Implementations and Sarah Becker as the new Director of Core Implementations. These two new leadership positions were created to support iLab’s mission to provide outstanding customer service by ensuring that iLab continues to meet the needs of its growing customer base.

“In the last four years, iLab has been deployed at over 450 core facilities across more than 100 institutions,” stated Bas van der Brugge, iLab’s VP of Client Operations. “The company’s hiring strategy has centered around supporting this growth by investing in the success of our customers and building strong relationships.”

As the new Director of Institutional Implementations, Siri’s main focus is to ensure that all customized work and integrations are implemented smoothly and successfully. She guides iLab’s Customer Partnership Managers to work effectively with both the customer and the development team to provide a quality system addressing the needs of the institution.

As the new Director of Core Implementations, Sarah oversees the successful deployment of the iLab software to its core facility customers by managing deployment timelines and offering guidance and support to iLab’s Implementation Associates. Sarah’s efforts help streamline processes for all customers as iLab increases its customer base throughout the world.

Van der Brugge continued, “Siri and Sarah have a strong track record of working directly with clients to tailor the iLab system to meet the customers’ needs. Their experience lends itself well to becoming the leaders of these teams, making sure that customers at both the institutional and single facility level continue to realize the full benefits of iLab’s offerings.”
