Synergy Services, a leading provider of solutions for managing the flexible workforce, today announced that Karen Sawyer has been appointed as the Senior Vice President of Client Solutions.
In this role Ms. Sawyer will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience for all Synergy clients. Her role will have end-to-end client oversight from new program implementation, service delivery, and on-going account management.

Prior to joining Synergy Services, Karen was with IQNavigator for eight years where her most recent role was Vice President of Professional Services, leading the global development and deployment of Vendor Management System and Managed Service Provider programs. She has extensive experience in workforce management, implementation of large scale global programs and technologies, program and account management and strategy development. Karen is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from The University of Denver.
