Questline is excited to announce the hiring of Kevin Ronnebaum as Director of Creative Services and the promotion of Susan Kownacki to Director of Account Services. As Director of Creative Services, Ronnebaum will be responsible for inspiring, leading and championing the work of Questline’s Creative Department, which includes both design and content teams. He will also provide clients with the creative, strategic insights and expertise needed to enhance their brands, initiatives and campaigns. With her promotion from Account Director to Director of Account Services, Susan Kownacki will now oversee the Account Services Team, supervising account managers and directors as they provide digital communication strategies to Questline’s utility clients.
Ronnebaum comes to Questline from Thoroughbrand, an advertising and design firm, which emphasizes the conceptual process, design and brand identity development. He brings with him 25 years of experience as a graphic designer, art director and creative director in agency environments. Former clients include The Ohio State University, Fidelity Investments and The McGraw-Hill Companies.

During her time as Account Director, Kownacki worked with several large utility companies to successfully establish welcome series campaigns, outage communications strategies and residential newsletters. Now as Director of Account Services, she will continue to use her more than 20 years of marketing experience, from both the marketing and account manager perspectives, to guide the Account Services Team and get results for clients. Her past experience includes success as a marketing director for a major travel corporation and as an agency account director, where she managed a diverse set of clients from a variety of industries, including gas and electric utilities.
