Bucks County family law firm, Williams Family Law, P.C., is pleased to announce that Hillary J. Moonay has been named a partner at the firm’s office located in Doylestown, Pa.

Formerly Of Counsel at the firm, Moonay focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, pre-nuptial and postnuptial agreements, and related issues. She is well-versed in the financial aspects of divorce cases, including the intricate issues related to complex business valuations and forensic accounting matters.

In addition to her legal career, Moonay participates in a variety of community activities and previously served on the executive board of her children's elementary school. She currently is an assistant coach for her daughter’s YMS travel soccer team and has been a parent support volunteer at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for the Cleft Lip and Palate Program since 2009.

Moonay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice, graduating cum laude from University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from University of Michigan Law School.
