SALESWARP, a provider of omnichannel management software, will exhibit at the National Retail Federation’s 2015 Convention and EXPO in New York City, January 11-13. Nicknamed Retail’s BIG Show, the NRF will host over 30,000 attendees, 550 solution providers and over 84 speakers across 2 EXPO Floors. SalesWarp will be located on Level One in Booth 717. SalesWarp’s omnichannel management system helps retailers break down barriers in a multichannel retail operation so all order, product, inventory, warehouse and customer data can be managed from one system.

Retailers who visit Booth 717 will have the opportunity to experience hands-on product demonstrations of SalesWarp’s omnichannel management system, including an interactive display of SalesWarp’s mobile warehouse capabilities. With automated pick, pack and ship features, integrated barcode scanning and unparalleled data visibility, SalesWarp’s mobile compatibility and warehouse management features speed up order fulfillment, product location management and inventory receiving, and provide accurate metrics to track and even motivate warehouse employees.

Dressed in white lab coats as the “Doctors of Omnichannel Commerce,” the SalesWarp team listens to retailers talk about their omnichannel pain points, and helps them solve operational challenges surrounding the management of orders, inventory, products, vendors, customers and more. Some of the top concerns retailers expressed in 2014 included managing inventory more effectively and speeding up the order fulfillment process.

SalesWarp will address these concerns with new features that allow warehouse employees to use tablets on the warehouse floor, providing access to real-time inventory information. “Retailers told us their pain points and we responded with new warehouse and inventory management features,” said David Anderson, SalesWarp’s Vice President of Marketing. “We look forward to showing these new tools to retailers at the BIG show and providing omnichannel pain relief for their biggest operational pain points.”
