Mr. Kendall brings more than 25 years of Technology, Product Management, and Operational expertise to Pleio’s executive team. Mr. Kendall will scale Pleio’s proprietary patient engagement platform that improves patient compliance, quality, star ratings, and PDC for our trading partners.

Prior to joining Pleio, Mr. Kendall was Chief Information Officer for the Affinion Group, a leader in customer engagement and loyalty solutions with over $1.3B in revenue, and managed its global information technology organization of over 400 professionals. Prior to Affinion, he was responsible for operations, technology and product management at webloyalty.com, and was instrumental in its growth from start-up to over $300 million in annual revenue. Mr. Kendall received his BA in Marketing and Management from Bentley College, and a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Fairfield University.
