We appreciate the tremendous expertise and vast array of educational resources that Seabreeze brings to the table.
Aliso Viejo, CA (PRWEB) January 21, 2015
Seabreeze Management Company today announced strong year-over-year growth in 2014.
In the past year, the company added a substantial number of new clients throughout Southern California, including significant expansion into Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
“We’re incredibly pleased with our growth in 2014,” announced Seabreeze Management President Isaiah Henry, who was hired last year to chart a course for the company’s expansion. “We know that community association residents and board members are not only looking to enhance their quality of life but want the type of personal touch and expertise offered by our award-winning team of managers.”
Just a few of the communities retained by Seabreeze include 1100 Wilshire Owners Association, a 230-unit high-rise community in downtown Los Angeles; Somerset, a 102-unit luxury condominium community in Beverly Hills; and Avelina, a 500-home new development in the Inland Empire. Also among the wins was a returning client: Hollywood Regis, a 100-unit midrise located in the heart of Hollywood.
Maintaining Strong Relations with Longtime Clients
While new clients serve as the lifeblood of any business, Seabreeze officials are equally proud of their success maintaining strong relations with existing client communities, many of which have been with the company well over 20 years.
“The Seabreeze team is comprised of consummate professionals who make it so easy for us as board members, not just to effectively manage our community today but also plan for tomorrow,” said Richard Steinhoff, Board President for the Rancho Niguel Master Community Association in Laguna Niguel, California.
“We appreciate the tremendous expertise and vast array of educational resources that Seabreeze brings to the table,” Steinhoff concluded.
Henry added that Seabreeze’s expansion means that the company will offer an even greater assortment of resources to client community residents and board members.
Business Growth = Local Job Growth
In order to support the company’s growth, Seabreeze hired a total of 37 new employees in 2014 to supplement the 145 existing staff members in its Aliso Viejo office and onsite within the company’s managed communities throughout Southern California.
Along with Henry’s appointment to preside over the company’s day-to-day management team, Brandon Tryon, a long-time real estate industry veteran, was hired as Executive Vice President to manage Seabreeze’s growing homebuilding and land development company relationships.
“Seabreeze has the expertise to provide the industry’s highest level of BRE budget preparation and forward planning services for mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use and master-planned communities,” said Henry. “Brandon has the relationships within the development industry and the leadership skills to significantly expand this area of our business in 2015.”
While the company has experienced tremendous growth throughout this past year, it has remained true to its core values, as reflected in its leaders’ and employees’ ongoing commitment to serve others in the community.
“It’s been my greatest joy to know that amidst all our success, our dedicated and passionate team of professionals continue to serve those in need,” said Seabreeze Founder and CEO Lisa Dale. “From helping promote women’s health care issues and needs to supporting our military and veterans, it’s the collective heart of the Seabreeze team that continues to inspire me.”
Throughout the year, Seabreeze Management employees have participated in the Susan G. Komen “Race for the Cure,” and actively supported Mission Hospital’s Valiant Women and Operation Help a Hero, to name just a few.
Looking Forward to 2015
From new business opportunities to expanding its volunteerism within the communities it serves, Seabreeze Management is a company on the rise, and company executives are working hard to ensure that 2015 is even more successful.
“I’m blessed to have the opportunity to work with this amazing team of professionals during a period of rapid expansion and palpable excitement around the office,” concluded Henry. “With a strong economy and more community board members learning about the level of personal touch and top shelf expertise we provide, I see no reason why we can’t duplicate or even exceed our 2014 growth.”
