"Customers have been asking for printed MultiCam® adhesive vinyl to complete our product offering and we are happy to offer them such a high quality product through Image Craft."claims Ernesto Rodriguez Brand Manager of MultiCam®

Image Craft, LLC, a digital graphics printing company and national signage provider announced today the award of the exclusive material contract for adhesive vinyl reproduction of the MultiCam® Camouflage patterns. The partnership between MultiCam® and Image Craft was publicized this morning at the Shot Show http://www.http://shotshow.org/ in Las Vegas.

The MultiCam® family of camouflage patterns, were developed to effectively limit the visual signature of a person, gear and vehicles to operate across a wide range of physical environments and seasons. http://www.multicampattern.com.

“We are very excited to be partnering with Image Craft to be official adhesive vinyl printer for MultiCam®” says Ernesto Rodriguez, Brand Manager of MultiCam®. “Image Craft’s incredibly high standards and printing capabilities make them a perfect match for handling the reproduction of the complex shapes and color gradients in the MultiCam® patterns."

The MultiCam® patterns take advantage of the way the human eye and brain perceive shape, volume and color, the brain does a lot of “filling-in” for the eye. MultiCam® is the official issued pattern of the US Army for all Afghanistan operations since 2010 and is also the proven multi-environment concealment solution for Special Forces and many Law Enforcement Organizations.

The adhesive vinyl used for the MultiCam® decal and wrap applications is specifically designed for fleet, vehicle, boat, interior and exterior applications. It conforms over compound curves and riveted surfaces. All graphics are protected with an optimized matte finished over laminate for flat sheen and minimal glare.

“Our patterns have been carefully researched on how the camouflage works in different environments, taking into consideration on where it is the hardest to hide” claims Rodriguez. “We tried to factor in all possible scenarios and tested and re-tested our products. The MultiCam® family of patterns just has to be the highest quality camouflage solution since they are designed to protect lives”

“We are extremely proud of this exclusive partnership” states Doug Olson, President of Image Craft. “Utilizing superior camouflage is a key component to a mission’s success. Our exact color matching and high quality materials guarantee optimum results. This is the first time in the 35 year history of Image Craft that we are asked produce graphics to disguise and not to stand out and our incredible team has mastered that quite well.”

Image Craft expects the MultiCam® Camouflage vinyl applications to be most successful in the following markets:

  •     U.S. Army Combat Solutions
  •     U.S. Special Operations Forces
  •     Federal Agencies
  •     Elite SWAT Units
  •     Law Enforcement Units
