The solution empowers users with integrated unit pricing and availability, secure online prospect registration, complete, configurable leasing application and lease generation, as well as integrated digital signature functionality. Prospect Connect will not only help drive a lease to close, but also facilitate a consistent process with streamlined self-service for amenities, rentable items, and even pets. Additionally, Prospect Connect will expedite the inclusion of co-applicants, like guarantors or roommates, with a simple email invitation to join the online leasing process. When coupled with MRI’s other industry-leading portal, Resident Connect, new residents automatically become members of the online community and are able to pay their bills electronically, submit service requests and renew their lease online.
