Arnholt earned his undergraduate degree from University of St. Andrews (Scotland), where he was captain of the lacrosse team, and his law degrees (J.D. and LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a law clerk for The Honorable Mary Ellen Coster Williams of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
