Shea Homes Trilogy has been identified as the Lifestory Research 2015 America’s Most Trusted Active Adult Resort Home Builder for the third consecutive year. Trilogy by Shea Homes is among the nation’s largest active adult lifestyle builders, selling homes in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, Virginia and Washington.

“In our third year of performing the Lifestory Research America’s Most Trusted Active Adult Resort Home Builder Study, we found that consumers who are actively shopping for a new home remain focused on seeking out builders whom they trust,” said Lifestory Research President and CEO Eric Snider. “Given the significant financial business investment, as well as the required commitment of a builder to deliver a host of high quality amenities, consumers are focused on the trust they have in a home builder as they make a purchase decision.”

The Lifestory Research 2015 America’s Most Trusted Active Adult Resort Home Builder Study tracks builder brands in the top 27 housing markets in the United States, including the top active adult brands serving the housing market today. To qualify for inclusion in the national ranking of active adult builders, a builder had to be among the top builder brands in the United States and offer housing targeted toward active adults in multiple locations. More than 10,400 new home shoppers, over the age of 50, evaluated the active adult builders in this study.

Trust is measured through the Lifestory Research Net Trust Quotient Score. This score is based on the fundamental perspective that every organization’s customer can be divided into three categories: “advocates,” who feel a significant trust toward a given brand; “neutrals,” who trust a specific brand, but do not see a specific brand as standing on the shoulders of other brands in regards to trust; and “antagonists,” who are skeptics with little, if any, trust in a specific brand.

As the Lifestory Research 2015 America’s Most Trusted Active Adult Resort Builder, Trilogy by Shea Homes produced a Net Trust Quotient Score of 114.9, followed in order by: (2) Toll Brothers, (3) Robson Communities, (4) Standard Pacific Homes, (5) Del Webb, (6) KHovnanian Homes, (7) Meritage Homes, (8) Taylor Morrison, and (9) Lennar.
