Fiddler’s Creek Announces Additional Inventory Homes by Stock

Fiddler’s Creek announced that Stock Signature Homes is in the process of building additional inventory homes at three villages within the luxury, residential master-planned community.

Stock is currently building in the villages of Isla del Sol, Mahogany Bend and Majorca. The builder’s homes are renowned for the rich architectural details of their front elevations, lending them a unique air of distinction. Inside each residence, soaring ceilings produce a spaciousness that maximizes the living areas, while the finest appointments create a visual feast for the eyes.

In the village of Mahogany Bend, Stock is building a new Riviera II inventory home. The Riviera II is a one-story residence offering 3,138 air-conditioned square feet and 4,727 total square feet. This home features four bedrooms and four and one-half baths around a centrally located family room and open kitchen with breakfast nook. There also is a three-car garage and covered lanai. The Riviera II is currently priced from $769,990, plus home site, options and upgrades.

Also in Mahogany Bend, Stock is building a new Muirfield IV inventory home. This one-story residence encompasses 3,333 air-conditioned square feet and 4,901 total square feet with a desirable split floor plan. The home features four bedrooms, three and one-half baths and a three-car garage, plus a spacious outdoor living area with room for the optional pool package. The Muirfield IV is currently priced from $804,990, plus home site, options and upgrades.

Stock also is building a new Scottsdale II inventory home on one of the last remaining lots in the village of Majorca. This one-story residence offers 2,719 air-conditioned square feet and 4,379 total square feet with three bedrooms, three full baths and study around a spacious living room with adjoining dining room and kitchen. The home also features an expansive outdoor living area with room for the optional pool package and optional outdoor kitchen, plus three-car garage. The Scottsdale II is base priced from $669,990, plus home site, options and upgrades.

In addition, the homebuilder is nearing completion on a future model home in the village of Mahogany Bend. The Ponte Vedra Grande is the largest floor plan offered in Mahogany Bend with 3,525 air-conditioned square feet and 5,116 total square feet. The home has a split floor plan with four bedrooms and four and a half baths around a centrally located living room and adjoining kitchen and family room, along with a dining room and study near the front entrance.

The Ponte Vedra Grande model home will be professionally decorated and will feature a number of upgrades, including large wood cabinets, granite kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity tops, a deep soaker tub in the master bath and designer bathroom fixtures. The model also will offer impact glass throughout, an expansive patio area with a luxury pool and spa package, and an outdoor kitchen area.

The Ponte Vedra Grande is base priced from $834,990, plus lot premium. The fully furnished Ponte Vedra Grande model will be open in February and available for purchase at $1,363,950.
