EB5Investors Magazine and EB5Investors.com has profiled attorneys Laura Reiff, Kate Kalmykov and Jennifer Hermansky from international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP in its list of “Top 25 Immigration Attorneys in the EB-5 Industry” for 2015.

For the third consecutive year, EB5Investors Magazine and EB5Investors.com has profiled attorneys Laura Reiff, Kate Kalmykov and Jennifer Hermansky from international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP in its list of “Top 25 Immigration Attorneys in the EB-5 Industry” for 2015. Kalmykov and Hermansky are listed as a “Top EB-5 Immigration Attorney” and Reiff is highlighted for her specific experience in legislative work. According to the EB5Investors Magazine website, attorneys were selected through a combination of community member votes, input from the editorial board and analysis from the magazine’s in-house team.

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, administered by U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services, is an employment-based visa that provides foreign investors with a method of obtaining green cards through an investment of $500,000 to $1 million in the U.S. economy that creates ten jobs. Greenberg Traurig’s EB-5 team is comprised of attorneys from the firm’s Corporate & Securities, Real Estate, Labor & Employment, and Tax practices to deliver customized solutions for EB-5 clients.

Kalmykov, shareholder in the Business Immigration & Compliance Practice, has experience working on EB-5 immigrant investor matters. She regularly works with developers across a variety of industries, as well as private equity funds on developing new projects that qualify for EB-5 investments.

Hermansky, associate in the Business Immigration & Compliance Practice, concentrates her practice on EB-5 immigrant investor visas. She has prepared and filed I-526 petitions and I-829 petitions for immigrant investors, both through individual investments and regional center investments.

Reiff, co-chair of the Business Immigration & Compliance Practice, focuses her practice on business immigration laws and regulations affecting U.S. and foreign companies, as well as related employment compliance and legislative issues.
