ENSCO, Inc., is pleased to announce that Karen Sivek has been appointed to the position of Division Manager of Human Resources (HR). In her new role, Ms. Sivek will oversee and coordinate all HR related activities throughout the company and its subsidiaries. Ms. Sivek has been serving as Acting Division Manager of HR since November.

Ms. Sivek joined ENSCO in 1998 as a human resources specialist in charge of the HR database. Two years later, she was promoted to Benefits Manager, and in July 2008 was promoted to Director, Benefits and Compensation. Ms. Sivek has also served on ENSCO's 401(k) Retirement Plan Committee.
Prior to joining ENSCO, Ms. Sivek worked for Eagle Technology as an HR Manager and before that at Microdyne Corp., a division of L3, as a Human Resources Coordinator. She was employed with Dun & Bradstreet in New York City as a credit reporter before coming to the Washington Metropolitan area.
Ms. Sivek received her bachelor's degree in psychology and economics from the University of Rochester, and her master's degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from George Washington University
