Where available, Platinum and Diamond Hyatt Gold Passport members will receive a complimentary upgrade to premium Wi-Fi service in guestrooms and social spaces, and guests will have the option to purchase premium service for between $5 and $10 depending on the services needed. Standard tier service is appropriate for general web surfing and email. Premium tier is appropriate for more bandwidth-intensive activities, such as gaming and streaming movies or television shows.
At Grand Hyatt DFW, guests only need to provide their last name and room number to access the hotel's free Wi-Fi. While free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and social spaces, such as the lobby and restaurants managed by the hotel, it does not extend to meeting rooms, where bandwidth demand varies by the number of event attendees. Grand Hyatt DFW will continue to work with organizers individually to procure appropriate support for an optimal experience.
