After helping both Autotask and ConnectWise users solve their billing hassles, ConnectBooster remains committed to improving the payments processing experience for MSP’s and their IT clients.
Fargo, ND (PRWEB) February 25, 2015
New feature updates to ConnectBooster's marquee automated payments software now allows IT companies, who are desktop QuickBooks users, to view historical payment data as well as manual payment data for accounting transactions made outside of ConnectBooster.
Clients of IT companies can now display payments that have been manually entered into QuickBooks, by selecting the Payment History feature inside of ConnectBooster’s user portal.
If an IT client pays an invoice via a paper check method, for example, that payment will be visible in the ConnectBooster portal, thus improving the overall payments automation experience.
“After helping both Autotask and ConnectWise users solve their billing issues, this improvement is just another in a long line of improvements that validates how serious we are about enhancing the ConnectBooster software, so that clients of IT firms can get better information, thus refining their payments processing experience,” said president Ryan Goodman, a partner with Connect Booster. “We are very excited to serve our IT channel customers through a continued commitment to invoicing excellence.”
