AMG Employee Management has launched a Live Chat Support program this month for all clients, available both through their website and directly from their very own time and attendance software. Live chat will allow customers to contact a representative in real time to assist in answering questions and remedying any light tech problems as they arise. AMG Employee Management clients will be given the opportunity to speak with an AMG team member instantly via their computer, cutting costs and saving time on standard voice interactions.

Quickly responding to customers’ needs on a daily basis is what AMG strives for.
