ClaimRemedi announced today that it is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth. The organization, which began in 2002, has seen over 35 percent growth in four consecutive years. At the close of 2014, they realized the trend was continuing and the pace was picking up, further positioning them as leaders in the healthcare industry.

With the rapid growth in revenue, ClaimRemedi has continued to keep clients “top of mind”. Adjustments to staffing needs in order to keep clients happy are always being considered. From 2013 to the start of 2015, the staff grew by 49 percent.

On the growth of the company Ruby Ascencio, Director of Operations, said, “Even with our expanding client base, we are dedicated to providing the same level of proactive service with teams dedicated to implementation, enrollment, and support. ClaimRemedi is expanding the support team through the creation of new positions while still having a strong emphasis on promoting within. The most recently created role, Enrollment Supervisor, allowed them to promote Amanda Anello. During her several years of service, Amanda has done an outstanding job with the enrollment and support of providers. She built and structured the enrollment department into what she felt would best serve their clients. Ascencio added, “We are focused on keeping customers and associates happy. Without one, you can’t have the other.”
