Wheelhouse Analytics and Envestnet Partner To Launch Envestnet Institute On Campus
West Chester, PA (PRWEB) March 16, 2015 -- Wheelhouse Analytics is a technology firm that serves the investment management industry through innovative technologies solutions. Together with Envestnet, Inc. (NYSE: ENV), they have launched Envestnet Institute On Campus, utilizing an eLearning curriculum and technology platform designed by Wheelhouse.
The purpose of Envestnet Institute On Campus is to provide college students with the tools they need to prepare and secure a position in the wealth management industry. The program consists of online classes, webinars, and a technology platform to house and showcase the resumes of the students who complete the seven-class course.
The classes are designed to provide broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry with a focus on wealth management and financial advice. All of the classes have been reviewed and approved by the Money Management Institute (MMI). The MMI’s over 180 membership companies include most of the major wealth management firms that provide managed solutions.
The inaugural semester is currently underway and is being offered to sixty-five senior and graduate business majors at four universities: Bryant University, Fairfield University, Mount St. Mary’s University and the University of Rhode Island.
In addition to the classes, the curriculum will include two webinars; Career Opportunities in the Wealth Management Industry and Interview Skills & Tips. The webinars are conducted by leaders in the wealth management industry and will offer an opportunity for the students to ask questions and have access to these individuals.
