USDM Life Sciences today announced it has joined the ServiceMax Marketplace to help life sciences companies use ServiceMax and Salesforce while meeting global regulations, such as 21 CFR Part 11.

USDM Life Sciences provides a best practice, turnkey solution for implementation and validation of ServiceMax for regulated medical devices and life sciences organizations. USDM’s Cloud Assurance enables customers to quickly validate ServiceMax. USDM’s UDI Connect App provides an extension to ServiceMax enabling medical device companies to leverage the FDA’s UDI regulation for business benefits.

USDM’s Cloud Assurance provides life sciences organizations the ability to validate ServiceMax and qualify Salesforce. USDM’s UDI Connect:
USDM's UDI Connect provides on-demand access to all the data attributes stored in FDA’s Global UDI Database (GUDID), manufacturers’ internal data and integrates with ServiceMax to all users to instantly retrieve essential information about a medical device to support a host of business and patient safety uses. UDI Connect helps limit chances of patient harm by using the wrong product and limits the chance of patient harm through counterfeit products.
