Divorce attorney from Williams Family Law to speak on case law updates at Pennsylvania Bar Institute

Bucks County family law attorney Adam Tanker will present “Case Law Updates Regarding Equitable Distribution,” a 9-credit CLE course that will be presented as part of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Family Law Institute 2015.

The course will be held on April 23 and April 24 at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building, Philadelphia. To register, visit PBI.org.

The course will present an overview of the latest practical information and practice hints in family law. The program will explain how to secure financial settlements such as disclosure, voluntary, security, enforcement, and counsel fees and how to draft marital settlement agreements which include children, property and tax planning.
