Eldermark Adds Talent to Senior Leadership Team

Hires Julie Pitsenbarger as Vice President of Operations for Minnesota Exchange and Dustin Pease as Chief Information Officer

Today, Eldermark Software, recognized innovator of senior housing software products, announced that it has hired two veteran industry executives, Julie Pitsenbarger as Vice President of Operations for Minnesota Exchange and Dustin Pease as Chief Information Officer.

“There are no other products or companies in the market that offer what Eldermark does,” said Julie Pitsenbarger. “The capabilities and the value they bring to the industry are really important and I’m excited to be part of its next phase of growth.”

Pitsenbarger brings 20 years of senior housing and assisted living experience to Eldermark. Previously, she was a regional director for Ecumen, a senior living management company with over 40 locations nationwide, where she was responsible for opening new assisted living facilities and integrating Eldermark to help streamline operations.

In her new role, Pitsenbarger will focus on the rollout of Eldermark Exchange, a key new product that the company is launching later in 2015.

Dustin Pease has more than 15 years’ experience in website and user-interface development. Formerly, he was a lead developer and manager at Digital River, a global ecommerce payment and marketing company based in Minnetonka, MN.

“I’m looking forward to working with visionary leadership focused on modernizing businesses,” said Pease. “Eldermark is committed to really improving senior housing facilities and I’m ready to be part of the movement.”    

Pease will be responsible for leading the development of Eldermark’s cloud-based products including, advanced dashboards, enterprise reporting capabilities and mobile applications.
