Title Alliance, a RESPA-compliant ESOP company who specializes in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today the appointment of Thomas P. O’Donnell as Controller to be based out of their Media, Pennsylvania headquarters. O’Donnell brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of corporate accounting and in both the core business model and values of Title Alliance.
O’Donnell is a familiar face within the Title Alliance family, as he has worked in some capacity with the team since 1996. His areas of expertise include budgeting, forecasting, modeling, scenario planning and variance analysis. O’Donnell’s excellent oral and written communication skills paired with his leadership and management skills will be an asset to Title Alliance.

Title Alliance announced their 40th joint venture last month with Preferred Closing Services in Newtown Square and West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Jim Campbell, Director of Title Alliance, says, “Our pipeline is strong and we anticipate 2015 to be a record year for us in terms of growth.” He concludes, “Expanding our internal infrastructure will give us the stability needed to continue to go out and grow businesses. In addition, Tom’s assistance with our modeling is going to be crucial to our success.”
O’Donnell’s new role will be multifaceted. As Controller, he will be providing financial support that will be used in making operational business decisions and for issuing the monthly financial statements for the joint ventures. He will also use his scenario planning and variance skills to work closely with the sales team, providing them with the tools needed to sign and set up successful joint venture opportunities. Lastly, his leadership skills will help in managing the progression associated with vetting, approving, processing and launching successful joint venture opportunities.
