Shula’s Steak Houses, LLLP, parent company of all Shula’s restaurants, recently announced several management promotions which will position the company for future success. Nicole Milnthorpe was named the new President of Shula’s Steak Houses, LLLP, Dave Shula, Partner, was promoted to National Brand Ambassador and Pamela Davis-Day was named President of Shula Burger.
Milnthorpe has spent the past two years as Chief Financial Officer for Shula’s Steak Houses, LLLP, having overseen the company’s day-to-day accounting, contract negotiations, human resources and financial analysis of restaurant locations. Prior to joining Shula’s, Milnthorpe spent 12 years as a senior level manager at Deloitte & Touche.
As President of Shula’s Steak Houses, LLLP, Milnthorpe will retain many of her previous financial responsibilities while also managing the company’s marketing and operations divisions. She will develop a strategic alignment of the LLLP restaurant concepts – Shula’s Steak Houses, Shula’s 2 Steak and Sports, Shula’s 347 Grill and Shula’s on the Beach. Milnthorpe will also oversee the selling and development of new restaurant locations.

After spending the past 15 years as company Partner and President, Dave Shula will assume his role as National Brand Ambassador and will take over as the company’s official spokesman. He will appear on seminar panels for the restaurant and franchising industry, and lecture on “Sports as a Business” across the country. He will also deliver keynote speeches about the sustained success of Shula’s Steak Houses, LLLP, sharing lessons learned from growing the national brand to more than 35 locations in 13 states.

Shula Burger, LLC announced Pamela Davis-Day as its new President. Davis-Day has worked with the Shula’s brand for more than 20 years, serving various roles overseeing the business and financial management for Shula Enterprises after joining the company in 1993. She was instrumental in the development of the Shula Burger brand in 2011, assisting with concept development in addition to the financial, legal and marketing divisions as well as database management.
Pamela Davis-Day was promoted to Vice President of Shula Burger in 2013, where she oversaw the financial, legal and store operations, with a concentration on database and POS management for the brand. She will continue those responsibilities as President, while also focusing on overall operations, growth and expansion of the Shula Burger and Shula’s Bar & Grill Brands.
