SRE Opportunity Fund II Raises $275 Million

Singerman Real Estate, LLC (“SRE”), a Chicago-based opportunistic real estate investment firm, announced today the closing of SRE Opportunity Fund II, L.P. (“Fund II”) with capital commitments totaling $275 million. SRE exceeded its commitment target and reached the fund cap in less than five months from its first closing.

Singerman Real Estate, LLC (“SRE”), a Chicago-based opportunistic real estate investment firm, announced today the closing of SRE Opportunity Fund II, L.P. (“Fund II”) with capital commitments totaling $275 million.

SRE exceeded its commitment target and reached the fund cap in less than five months from its first closing. Fund II is capitalized primarily by institutions; including endowments, foundations, public pensions, large family offices and money management firms. Collectively, Fund II’s investors have significant co-investment interest and capabilities, substantially increasing overall potential investment capacity.
