AIG Advisor Group Launches Speak Loud Recruiting Campaign

Advisors from each of the firm's four broker-dealers are featured in ads that began running in March.

AIG Advisor Group has launched a new comprehensive advertising campaign entitled “Speak Loud” to enhance recruiting at the firm’s four independent broker-dealers. The ground-breaking, multi-media campaign launched in March with compelling ads running in several top industry trade publications, as well as online.

The campaign, which was developed in partnership with San Diego-based branding and marketing agency Jamison Advertising Group, includes both print and digital ads that are reflective of the firm’s tagline of “Four Voices, One Focus.” The ads feature bold messages and calls-to-action that are designed to be more engaging than ads typically seen in the financial advisory space.

“We feel very strongly that our ability to attract high-quality, successful advisors to our broker-dealers is important to the long-term strength and stability of our firm,” said Erica McGinnis, President and CEO of AIG Advisor Group. “This campaign is unique in its style, messaging and attitude and we believe it shows that we are different than other broker-dealers out there.”

Each ad highlights one of eight advisors from the AIG Advisor Group network. Two advisors from each of the firm’s four broker-dealers – FSC Securities Corporation, Royal Alliance Associates, Inc., SagePoint Financial, Inc. and Woodbury Financial Services, Inc. – were selected to be the faces of the campaign.

“We believe our advisors are the best ambassadors for our broker-dealers and want their voices to tell our story,” McGinnis continued. “The ads reflect the winning attitudes of our advisors and invite like-minded financial professionals to join our team."

The ads point viewers to a new comprehensive recruiting website (http://aigspeakloud.com), which features additional information on AIG Advisor Group and the individual broker-dealers. The site also details the firm’s offering to independent advisors and includes background information and 30-second commercials showcasing the advisors who are featured in the campaign.

In addition to the print and digital ads, the campaign also includes a social media component using the hashtag #SpeakLoud. AIG Advisor Group will be using social media to showcase content and messaging that was developed for the campaign, including photos and a series of creative “behind the scenes” videos that show how the individual advisor campaigns were created.

The Speak Loud ads began running in the March issues of Financial Advisor, Financial Planning, Investment Advisor and REP magazines and will appear in InvestmentNews twice during the month. Pop up and banner ads will also be featured on the websites of each publication. The ads will showcase four advisors in rotation in all five publications from March through June, with the remaining four appearing in ads running in August through December.
