Neptune Benson, a leading supplier of engineered products serving the aquatics, industrial and municipal markets, announces the acquisition of Sonitec Vortisand Inc. Founded in 1986 and based in Montreal, Canada, Sonitec engineers and manufactures submicron automatic sand filtration products serving the industrial process water treatment market. Sonitec’s patented H2Flow filter is uniquely positioned to solve filtration challenges on applications with higher flow rates while substantially reducing equipment footprint and providing significant water savings vs. traditional filters. With over 2,500 installations worldwide, Sonitec is well positioned to solve demanding filtration challenges across the globe.

Commenting on the acquisition Kenneth Rodi, CEO of Neptune Benson stated, “We are pleased to welcome Sonitec to Neptune Benson.
