The Contractor State License Board (CSLB) has withdrawn all accusations against Bonney Plumbing, Heating, Air & Rooter Service. Bonney provided ample evidence to justify the work recommended in the concerns filed. In these instances, the greater detail provided satisfied both the CSLB and the Attorney General in demonstrating Bonney has no malicious intent or systemic way to overcharge any customer. “We have respect for the law and the due process that goes with looking into claims,” states Jimmy Crabbe, CEO. With respect for due process, Bonney worked diligently with the CSLB to get any concerns resolved before talking about it publicly.

Bonney Plumbing has been a local Sacramento business since 1978 and has worked and grown with the community. “We know that the board exists to hold contractors accountable and to abide by the rules and laws in order to protect the consumer,” Crabbe said. “We always strive to deliver only the best customer service, but when any concern arises, we respond quickly, review our processes and technology and are always providing on-going training for our employees.” In the past 5 years, Bonney has provided over 201,000 service calls and of that number, 0.0001% resulted in a complaint that the board has looked into.

Bonney has been a local fixture in the Sacramento community for over 37 years and has had loyal customers that have aged with the company. The growth and longevity of the company has been a direct result of its culture of honesty and integrity with respect to its customers and employees. Bonney has continued to support local organizations through its Bonney Cares program in order to encourage the flourishing quality of life in the Sacramento community.

Bonney has embraced its opportunity to work closely with the CLSB and to continue to partner with them in order to continuously develop the processes and procedures for its customers. Bonney aims to provide the best quality of customer service and knows that it will be one of the safest companies to work while setting the bar for the industry moving forward.
