Over 30 Classic Party Rentals team members worked for more than two weeks to ensure that every detail of the 100,000 square feet of tenting, flooring, carpeting, 300 plus styles of signature furnishings and linens, were perfect for the premier epicurean lifestyle event.

The festival, which hosted 250 acclaimed wineries and 100 celebrity chefs for a decadent four-day showcase, presented an array of events provided by the Classic Party Rentals team. Among the most memorable areas for Classic Party Rentals’ was the Imperial Lounge, where guests relaxed on Designer 8* trendsetting furniture, a standout which shone on the heels of the company’s announcement of their exclusive partnership with the cutting edge event furniture line. Guests relaxed on the new line of Lloyd Mink sofas and chairs while enjoying refreshments from the Lloyd bar. Finishing the look was Designer 8* Russell Pub Walnut tables underscored by Chameleon Gold Fanfare barstools along with Vision Apple linens from Classic Party Rentals’ exclusive inventory.
For the main attraction at the Lexus Grand Tasting Tent, Classic Party Rentals provided over 270 specialty linens and installed over 70,000 square feet of Legend tents along with flooring, carpeting and specialty lighting with custom branded logos and an ambient pattern reflected on top of the tent. In addition, Classic Party Rentals provided all of Lexus’ lighting and event rentals for various celebrations such as the Lexus Luncheon featuring the ever-popular rectangular farm tables complemented by Tuscan brown chairs with pearl cushions. Another 20,000 square feet of tenting, flooring, carpeting and lighting was installed at the Spanish Bay for cooking demonstrations and to host the After Hours Party where partygoers relaxed on Designer 8* white tufted lounge furniture, silver Fanfare chairs with purple faux crocodile covers and Designer 8* black leather Ashton bar stools at the Diamond mirrored bars.
