There’s nothing better than sharing my soaps with others because I know they have the potential to change not just someone’s skin but also their life for the better.
Clifton, New Jersey (PRWEB) April 15, 2015
In 2013, New Jersey mom Trisha Bailey found herself sitting in the lobby of a Brain Balance Achievement Center where her son was attending tri-weekly sessions to address his autism struggles. When her son, Ryan, reappeared in the lobby after his session, he told Bailey about how his coach had asked him to smell a bottle of peppermint oil as a part of his therapy session. With that story in mind, Bailey found herself immersed in the world of essential oils and their therapeutic benefits. Then, with a cheap soap kit in hand, Bailey created her first bar of soap, and what is now known as the Mindful Soap Co.
“After hearing that essential oils were being used in Ryan’s therapy, I couldn’t help but wonder if I could create an all-natural soap using the same essential oils and incorporate it into our family’s daily life,” explained Bailey. “Through a lot of trial and error, I was able to develop soaps made from scratch using the traditional cold-process method. Before I knew it, the director at the Brain Balance Center wanted to buy some, and friends and family started wanting it too.”
Just over one year later, Bailey’s soaps have been hand selected to appear in the complimentary gift bags at the upcoming 42nd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards happening April 26th at Warner Bros. Studio in Burbank, Ca.
Currently, the Mindful Soap Co. offers seven all-natural soap bars, a line of body washes, and a line of goat-milk body creams. Each product features a different combination of therapeutic-grade essential oils which can offer unique health benefits.
“As a mom, I'm proud that Mindful Soap Co. features such an extensive line of all-natural, quality soaps that are safe for the entire family to use,” said Bailey when asked about her success. “Now I’m excited to have a sampling of my soaps included in the gift bags for the Daytime Emmy Awards. There’s nothing better than sharing my soaps with others because I know they have the potential to change not just someone’s skin but also their life for the better.”
