Inmar, a company that operates intelligent commerce networks, today announced that Inmar veteran, Sharon Joyner-Payne, has been appointed to its Leadership team to serve as Executive Vice President, Communications and Great Teams!. In this role, she will lead all Corporate Communications and Human Resource functions for the company, which has more than 4,000 employees in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
Joyner-Payne first joined Inmar in 1984 as a Customer Service Representative for then Carolina Coupon Clearing and has served in positions of increasing responsibility during her tenure. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President, Marketing, where she was instrumental in formulating and preparing Inmar’s outreach to investors in 2013 and its ultimate transition to Abry Partners in January 2014. Under Sharon’s leadership, Inmar recently hosted a highly successful Inmar Analytics Forum with Wake Forest University Center for Retail Innovation. More than 600 healthcare and consumer goods professionals, industry thought leaders and academics were in attendance.
