The, FileBRIDGE family of unified document management technologies delivers vital Human Resource document management, Accounts Payable automation, Records Management, and Information Governance solutions by marrying document and content management with workflow, imaging, and compliance. The enhancements announced today are driven by customer feedback, and dramatically extend the reach of the FileBRIDGE platform to deliver enhanced efficiencies and improved workflow.

The Company announced a broad range of new enhancements to FileBRIDGE Digital, FileBRIDGE Paper and FileBRIDGE Governance:
● FileBRIDGE Digital – Customers of FileBRIDGE Digital, which includes FileBRIDGE for Human Resources, will find a new PDF authoring tool for creating electronic forms, as well as support for multi-signature workflows and a new HR module to manage the complex paperwork associated with employee wage garnishments.
The PDF authoring tool will be used to:
~ Add new informational sections to existing PDFs
~ Create customized PDFs from existing documents or forms
~ Overlay electronic signature fields on government forms which in the past had to be printed, signed, and rescanned in order to complete the process;
~ Create E-form campaigns for on-boarding new employees, collecting acknowledgements and recertifications; and
~ Create different versions of corporate documents for departments or regional office locations
Multi-signature workflows truly eliminate the need for paper documents. Expense forms, authorizations, collaborative reviews, and many other processes that require multiple signatures, are now easily automated with digital documents.
A major new module for FileBRIDGE for HR addresses Employee Wage Garnishment document management. There is very little uniformity of documents and processes across the numerous county, state and federal agencies involved in wage garnishments. To help organizations minimize risk, improve controls, reduce administrative burdens and free up time, Archive Systems has extended the FileBRIDGE for HR application to address this challenging requirement.
● FileBRIDGE Paper - Targeted toward hardcopy storage customers, FileBRIDGE Paper delivers an online experience that raises the bar with an upgraded rich search capability to deal with those complex requests that Records Managers encounter. Additionally, the new portal has been greatly expanded to incorporate a myriad of records management requirements that can now be made online anytime from anywhere.
● FileBRIDGE Governance - FileBRIDGE Governance has been enhanced to make the migration from Archive Systems OmniRIM PRM governance product seamless, opening the door for our legacy OmniRIM customers to move to the cloud and incorporate electronic records into their governance process.
