Joseph Federico, VP of NJ MET Inc, Announces Its Second Annual Candy Drive for Children’s Orphanages in Sri Lanka
Clifton, NJ (PRWEB) May 05, 2015 -- Joseph Federico, of NJ MET Inc NJ, announced the company’s second annual candy drive for children’s orphanages in Sri Lanka.
Over the past six years, Joseph Federico has led a campaign at NJ MET, headquartered in NJ, to send clothes, pencils, notebooks, and toiletries to needy families housed in churches, temples and schools throughout Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka was devastated by a tsunami in 2004 and many of its citizens have been displaced by over 20 years of war.
This year’s first shipment of clothing, candy, refreshments, and toiletries was shipped out from NJ MET’s Clifton office shortly after the New Year in January, according to Joseph Federico, VP and Director. “We are proud to conduct this second drive of the year immediately after the Easter/Passover holiday season,” said Joseph Federico from NJ MET’s headquarters located in Clifton NJ. NJ MET’s employees and customers continue to make very generous contributions to our drives,” he continued.
