The four-quadrant process is cumulative and, like most practices, increases in value and effectiveness with practice.

Changes, challenges and transitions are constantly occurring in people's lives and handling these dilemmas well can often be an even bigger challenge. Author Ione Jenson has found that there are four basic steps that can be applied to almost any situation.
Jenson’s four-quadrant process, detailed in her new book “Coming Full Circle Through Changes, Challenges and Transitions,” teaches people how to clarify their values, evaluate their behavior, modify their behavior, and achieve inner healing and a broader perspective on life. This process aids people to achieving their fullest potential.
“The four-quadrant process is cumulative and, like most practices, increases in value and effectiveness with practice,” Jenson said.
In her book, Jenson also provides several examples of people resolving issues consciously or unconsciosly by using the process and leaves readers with a detailed account of her near death experience that evaluates and verifies the process.
