CSG Government Solutions, a national leader in government program modernization, today announced it has been selected by the Pennsylvania Office of Information Technology, Department of Labor and Industry to provide Project Management Office (PMO) services for the department’s Unemployment Compensation (UC) Benefit System Modernization project.
The Department of Labor and Industry has launched a strategic initiative to replace and modernize its existing UC Benefits legacy system. CSG is providing procurement support and PMO services throughout the implementation. CSG is reviewing existing systems and workflows, conducting research, developing a project strategy and technology roadmap, and assisting in gathering business requirements for the development of the system replacement RFP.
