Happy Umwagarwa has been a human resources strategist for various private and public organizations for more than a decade, advising organizations on tapping into the talent of their employees and offering guidance on career success to individuals. She has a master’s degree in management from the University of Greenwich, London. Umwagarwa has conducted research on the validity of psychometric tests used in human resources management. She also conducted research on creativity killers in manufacturing companies in East Africa. She lives in Kigali, Rwanda. She and her husband, Vivens, have two daughters.
