It's an IRN Summit!
London, UK (PRWEB UK) 22 May 2015
With the Official Support and Endorsement from all Balkans Governments, the 4th Balkans Oil & Gas Summit is a flagship event held by the global summits organiser, IRN, yearly since September 2012.
This year, IRN will host a Black Sea focused workshop on the third day of the Summit and an Adriatic Sea workshop on the geology of offshore Black Sea and Adriatic Sea countries, and the latest development plans connecting with the current and upcoming licensing rounds.
IRN has established close relations with regional stakeholders over the past few years, and as a result, hosts this important Summit as the platform where regional Governments meet with key oil and gas players, sharing updates on developments, discussing industry feedback, establishing key relationships and setting the ground to do more business.
Last year’s Summit included important announcements, a press conference held the day before the Summit on the developments in the region, 300 delegates and 70 IOCs attending, and a Workshop on the Adriatic Sea led by Spectrum and the Montenegrin Ministry of Economy. Major oil and gas companies operating in Greece, Albania, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Romania and Bulgaria were present last year to meet in a 5-star venue and discuss the region with peers and officials.
Hellenic Petroleum, Bankers Petroleum, Weatherford, Spectrum and Aggreko were amongst the sponsors last year while delegates came from every national and international oil and gas company operating in the region, including those also looking to get involved. Edison, Gazprom, Shell, Wintershall, Zeta Petroleum, BG Group, DEPA, Bulgartansgaz, INA, ExxonMobil, Petromanas, Repsol, Statoil, Sonatrach, SOCAR, Plinacro, Marathon Oil, Romgaz and San Leon are amongst those who attended.
