In this four-part webinar series, Georgia State University’s Professor of Law, Sam Donaldson, will cover recent federal tax developments related to estate planning, designing planning templates for married couples of all wealth levels, the use of grantor trusts in contemporary estate planning, and various charitable planning techniques.
The topics that will be covered in this webinar series include: Estate Planning Update: Recent Cases, Rulings, Regulations, and Legislation; Contemporary Estate Planning Paradigms for Married Couples; Burning Questions About Grantor Trusts; and Successful Charitable Giving Strategies.
