Travis joins Ripley PR from Virginia College, where she served as a campus administrator and, before that, spent over 10 years working in human resources within the manufacturing sector – including Sea Ray, Gemtron and Cintas. In each role, Travis was directly responsible for handling all functions of human resources such as safety, compensation, legal compliance, benefits and workers’ compensation and assisted in the creation and implementation of various internal programs and strategies designed to promote growth and development.
