Prequalified Ready Employees for Power Intl (PReP Intl) is pleased to announce that David Ferraro, SPHR has joined the firm as VP of Sales & Talent Acquisition in May, 2015. As VP of Sales & Talent Acquisition, David is focused on growing the number of veterans, grads and professionals placed in mission critical roles across the Energy Industry.

“As HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers seek to keep pace with the staffing, recruiting and onboarding needs of the Energy Technology revolution, we need more expertise and talent ourselves,” said CEO Matt Sadinsky. David understands complex organizations, HR, Talent Acquisition and the importance of SPEED and FIT to effective recruiting and onboarding.

David comes to PReP Intl with 15 years of increasing experience and responsibilities, having served as the Recruiting and Talent Development Manager at Foxguard Solutions (in CIP and Network Security) and a Senior Recruiter at Virginia Tech. David has extensive expertise in human resources and has been an active member of SHRM since 2008.

David received a bachelor's degree in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He and his wife raise three children and live in Virginia.
