According to Stanford Law’s website, this conference is the premier educational event for in-house counsel and practitioners in the Ecommerce industry. Leading experts from industry, legal practice, and academia will address current issues facing the industry and offer practical solutions for dealing with the many legal uncertainties that arise when doing business online. The program will feature a roundtable of general counsel from leading Ecommerce companies. Scott Bornstein is moderating a panel at 10:15 a.m. PT on “Patent Best Practices.” Ed Chansky will be speaking on a panel at 1:30 p.m. PT on “Best Practices in Ethical Online and Mobile Marketing.”

Bornstein is chair of the firm's New York Intellectual Property & Technology Practice and co-chair of the firm's Global Patent Litigation Group. Bornstein has extensive patent trial experience and has served as lead counsel in more than 100 patent litigations.
