The ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value is excited to release Management on the Mend: The Healthcare Executive Guide to System Transformation, by renowned healthcare leader and Center CEO John Toussaint, MD. The book is Dr. Toussaint’s third and is published by the Center, an education institute for healthcare leaders and payers to radically improve healthcare quality and outcomes for patients.

While studying hundreds of organizations transitioning to lean healthcare, Dr. Toussaint witnessed many flaws and triumphs.
