Ground/Water Treatment & Technology, LLC, or GWTT, LLC, is pleased to announce four brand new promotions within the company as of June 15, 2015. All four employees have been with GWTT, LLC, for several years and combined have decades of experience in the environmental remediation industry.
President and CEO Robert Kunzel said that the promotions at GWTT were part of a reorganization of the company in order to expand the workload and offerings. GWTT specializes in environmental remediation services throughout North America, primarily on the east coast of the United States, and the new promotions will allow them to better serve their clients.
The promotions at GWTT include:
Ken Kaufman, who was previously the Construction Division Manager, is now Vice President of Operations. Kaufman has more than 28 years of experience in the industry and has been with GWTT for five years.
John Balla, who previously worked as the Rental Equipment Division Manager, is now the Vice President of Rentals and Manufacturing. Balla has spent 11 years with GWTT out of his total 25 years of related experience in remediation services.
Kevin Marchut, who was a Project Manager with GWTT, is taking over the position of Construction Division Manager for Kaufman. Marchut has worked with GWTT for the past eight years.
John Benigno, a former Project Engineer, has taken Balla's place as the Rental Equipment Division Manager. Out of Benigno's nine years of related experience in remediation, four have been with GWTT.
Kunzel said he is extremely pleased with the new promotions: "We wish them all the best of luck in their new positions and look forward to their help in the continued growth of our company."
Kunzel also explained that the promotions will help increase efficiency in the company's operations, and it will allow him to concentrate on the continued growth of GWTT. The clients who rely on GWTT will also be able to better access the services provided by GWTT employees.
When asked to comment on the company's growth, Kunzel said, "There will be some significant new implementations of initiatives and possible partnerships coming in the near future." GWTT prefers to promote from within, Kunzel elaborated, so the choices made for the new positions will help the company achieve its goals for expansion.
"All of our employees, including those promoted, continue to work hard," Kunzel commented. "The other employees get to see others grow within the company, which influences them to work their hardest for their own possible future growth within GWTT."
