Harbor Group Director of Revenue Management, Kevin Huss; Holland Residential Director of Revenue Management, Bryan Pierce; and MAXX Properties Director of Revenue Management, Trachelle Spencer, will speak on the Sustained Longevity: Reaping the Greatest Year-Over-Year Revenue Management ROI panel moderated by Joshua Tree Conference Group President, Steve Lefkovits. The presentation on advanced use of revenue management analytics and business intelligence for enhanced operations is Thursday, June 25 from 11:30am - 12:30pm in Lagoon L.

General Services Corporation Pricing Manager, Randy Wynne; Watkins Realty Services Senior Vice President of Business Operations, Erika Davenport; and Wood River Properties CEO, Avi Peretz, will speak in the Revenue Management’s Second Wave: Big Revenue for Small Owners session. The presentation on successful implementation and use of revenue management on smaller portfolios is Friday, June 26 from 2:15pm - 3:15pm in Jasmine E.
