CPAmerica International’s Next Generation Conference will continue to support both first-time attendees and ongoing participants in its second rendition located in Chicago on August 19-21 at The Westin O’Hare.

The Next Generation Conference will have two tracks: one for returning attendees and the other for new attendees. Returning attendees will gain awareness of how the firm works and how to be successful in the next stage at a firm by learning how to build and manage relationships, advance firm metrics, and strategize firm and personal growth. New attendees will be immersed in relationship building, leadership principles and practice management basics with other professionals at their level, along with partners and presenters committed to developing “career coachable” employees within CPAmerica’s member firms.

The 2015 Next Generation Conference is open to CPAmerica members that are licensed CPAs with four to 10 years of accounting experience, and who have shown professional expertise and have had initial success within their firms.
