LLBH Private Wealth Management Enhances Team with the Addition of Jeff Byers as an Advisor
Westport, Connecticut (PRWEB) July 07, 2015 -- LLBH Private Wealth Management, LLC (“LLBH”), an independent wealth management firm which caters to ultra-high net worth individuals and families seeking high-touch service and personalized advice, is expanding the depth of its team with the appointment of Jeff Byers as an Advisor based in LLBH's Los Angeles office.
Most recently, Jeff was a financial advisor and Partner at The Drexler Group of Wells Fargo Advisors where he and his team managed over $300 million in client assets. As a certified financial planner, Byers brings his extensive relationships, client service and advisory experience to LLBH and will primarily focus on expanding the advisory business on the West Coast. This is actually a second career for Byers who retired as a veteran of the NFL. Although an undrafted free agent, Byers’ resilience, determination and talent led to a four year professional football career.
"We opened the Los Angeles office to bridge a gap between the east and west coast business for the purpose of building a best in class national firm designed to provide our clients with an unparalleled wealth management experience," said Kevin Burns, Founding Partner of LLBH. “Jeff's story is one of persistence, hard work and intelligence, the very qualities that will make him a tremendous advisor. He is a natural leader and we are thrilled to have him focus on building the LLBH business."
"I am excited to be working with such a top-quality wealth management firm whose robust service offering enhances all that I can offer clients,” said Byers. “My decision to join LLBH was an easy one considering their focus on client service and the results they deliver, demonstrated by their high client retention rate as well as the number of clients advocating for the firm.”
Raised in Loveland, Colorado, Byers was a standout high-school football player, earning Gatorade’s High School football player of the year award in 2004. He continued his notable football career at the University of Southern California, where as a freshman, his team won the national championship in 2004. He went on to serve as a two-time captain for the 2008 and 2009 seasons. Byers earned both his bachelor’s degree in business administration and his MBA from the University of Southern California, both while playing football. Byers then went onto the NFL where he played with the Seattle Seahawks, Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers before ultimately retiring from the league. Jeff, his wife, and their son currently reside in Colorado but will be making the move to Los Angeles later this summer.
